convert a KTM adventure to a S ??

Anyone done this? I hear it is easy (yes, i know, it's just the suspension) and about R5000 ??
Do they replace shocks, or is the ability there, just in need of tweeking springs etc etc?
Alot of standard adventures for sale and not so many S's .... :mwink:
