Has anyone retrofitted cruise control to a T6.1 VW Transporter? Where did you get it from, and could it be coded to make it work?

I have done so on a 2011 VW T5 and a 2016 VW T6 Kombi. I then ordered the cruise control kit (cruise control stalks and wiring) from Teesside VW in the UK, installed and had it VW coded.

The new T6 Transporter (Mine is a 2023 T6.1 81kw, manual) has a MQB platform electronics, which makes the electricals different from the T5 and T6 platforms.

You can get Cruise Control Systems from Europe:

1. Wibutec in Germany has, but is not responding. Maybe they don't ship from Germany to SA?

2. CANM8 provides a generic stalk with electronics to wire in, but there is an extra stalk to contend with.

VW Teesside also provides the Cruise Control kit (buttons, wiring, accelerator switch, programming):
2024 T6.1 with MFSW
Genuine VW T6.1 Cruise Control via MFSW with ODIS Activation; £720.55 + £88.30 DHL Express shipping,
but at R20 000 for the kit it becomes expensive.

Anyone that installed a Cruise Control on a T6.1, or knows where it can be done. Let me know.
