Took my bike to Ireland and it was making noises. Sounded like the chain or maybe a bent tooth on the back sprocket. Not a click sound but similar.

Checked it all, couldn't find anything, so just slackened the chain and soaked it in oil. I did not want a breakdown in a foreign country and I was concerned it was the front or a gearbox thing.

After mulling it over a bit I decided I'll change the cush rubbers, having replaced all bearings 15k ago.

Has it helped? Hard to say as I haven't ridden the bike and won't, for the next couple months.

Thought I'd just post a pic of the old ones for interest, done 115k km. They were worn and the sprocket came out easy. With the new ones, I had to knock it in a bit.
