Dakar doesn't feel like holding onto its bolts

Over the weekend my dakkie has shaken some bolts loose, I seem to remember reading somewhere a while back that this tends to happen?

What is the cure here? Lock-tight onto the bolts? If so can you recommend a product?

Also are there any bolts known to do this that I should give a once over while I'm busy?
