DAKAR SPROCKET RATIO

i am in need of a sprocket set and chain, but i have been thinking to change my ratio to lessen my acceleration and in such a manner drop the rpm @ cruising speed...any suggestion and is it worth doing that. currently 120km/h @ 5000rpm or 5500rpm not sure...

is it worth it, and were do i get good chain en sprocket set for good price in PTA??
