Bike seems to be surging when throttle not completely open like when sitting in traffic (but slightly ) .Almost as if it is fuel starvation,when opening the throttle the normal power is still there .
I noticed this happened badly some time ago when I got caught in a bad storm , so maybe dampness has something to do with it .
Any advise would be appreciated .
