Defrauded. What actions can I take?

I have recently been defrauded by someone I know and trusted who offered to sell my KTM 990 Adventure R.
Going through what paper work I have, I realised he never signed any documents. Only I signed (Yes, I know. Stupid!)
So between the original consignment agreement (Only my name on it) and the WhatsApp correspondence, are there any actions I can take?

Any advice will be appreciated.
