dirty throttle bodies

After a trip to pta and ride in the dust of 6 bikes all day , ended up sucking the air filter into the air box after stopping and sorting it out , (wash , dry , oil) sent the bike in for a service when I got home and they cleaned out the air box and the throttle bodies which was quite dirty , would this do any damage , the hasn't lost power , doesn't use oil I dont see or feel any difference
