Dog campers

Prob the most appropriate placE to post..

I need my fair share of camping a year being a boertjie... But this often means I must leave the bitch at home. And my wife... ( don't go there guys !)

Any campers out there that know of spots that are dog friendly? Especially near a dam or some substantial water as they digg swimming. ( no pun intended). 

This way I can ride there and the missus can follow in Bakkie with hounds. I have a "pet friendly" directory, but trust wd opinions more.

PREF IN THE WESTERN CAPE AREA. I'm on a Ktm.. Not to stick close to base camp for spares!  ot:
