So GoPro comes out with the Hero+ and, of course, Drift responds with a major update to the Ghost.

Differences include a beefier battery, new 7 element lens giving a 160 degree FOV (Ghost was 170), 12MP photos (up from the Ghost's 11MP), but more importantly a new CMOS sensor from Sony that improves low light performance "substantially", allowing various low light and scene modes. There's also an option of auto low light compensation which will reduce the frame rate in order to maintain good picture quality in low light.

The kicker though, is double the frame rate throughout the resolution range. You're looking at 1080p 60fps, 720p 120fps and WVGA at a crazy 240fps.

Baron Von Grumble has a unit and will be doing a review soon, but the big question has to be "When & how much, Warrick?!?"  ;D
