DRZ450?

I see Cayenne Suzuki has DRZ450's with Incredible performance in bold underneath it.

As far as i know the 400cc engine was rather pap (okay economical), but this is the 450 ? Is this merely a big bore kit?

If its not a True Zuki DRZ450 , how can they advertise it as a new bike like that ?
