Ran the R on our mates dyno yesterday and was a bit surprised.
The dyno pretty accurate but not generous at all, and generally whatever the manufacturer specs as your KW output, the dyno will give around that number in HP (at the wheel).
My bike only made 94hp on it. This means the full UNI Setup is probably robbing around 10hp from the bike. Bit of a bummer. (Fireblades were making between 120 and 140hp....S1000RR around 160/170hp).
I mean, I know nobody NEEDS that much power, especially offroad, but it's just such a ballache that we need to run all that bloody foam to keep the engine safe, and lose the bite of the bike. I definitely felt the bike to be a lot less aggressive after installing the UNI :-\
I think I'm definitely going to try the 16T next weekend to see if that doesn't give some of the bite back.
