E07 or E10

I bought a set of E07's for the 1150GS. I also then went and bought an E10 I got for a bargain (front). so soon I'll be changing tyres and I'm wondering which front tyre should I fit. I'm doing Namibie this year in August. Will do gravel roads, but they'll be good gravel roads as far as I can help. I might sell the tyre I'm not putting on. Advice would be nice
