Easy Anneal machines for sale

I have a few of these annealing machines for sale, thought it might be of interest to those on this board.

Machine including all accessories and gas burner is R3140 Excluding courier @ R135.

The machine is somewhat improved from the version in the video at the bottom of the post. Finish is better, the wheels slightly smaller, and the bottom wheel turns faster relative to the top one.

There are two interlinked reasons to anneal:

1. Every time you shoot and resize a case, it is "work hardened", and the brass in the neck and shoulder area will become progressively harder and more brittle. This has a negative effect on case life (can lose cases due to necks cracking), and:

2. Neck tension (grip of case neck on bullet) will begin to vary from batch to batch, causing slight differences in shot start pressure and potentially point of impact and velocity (consistency). In circumstance where there is a big difference between chamber size and resizing size, you might start noticing low neck tension (case not holding bullet securely anymore) in only a few shots. Top shooters in especially the long range and Bisley game spend a lot of money on components, and work hard to produce consistent ammo from batch to batch. 

When you see the price of 100 Lapua cases then annealing becomes obvious.

In short.

Better consistency and better case life.

1. Always cycle your brass (load every single one the same amount of times)
2. Annealing can be the difference between loosing a case after 4 reloads or stretching it to re-use 20 times.

When you cycle 200 Lapua cases (R4500) and the R3200 machine can make you turn your 200 cases into 2000 uses instead of 800 you see the value not only on your pocket but in your groupings.

Look at Factory Winchester .223 ammo, the entire top half of the case is discolored from the heat straight out the box.

Could be that im not 100% accurate but my brother talks so much nobody can keep up however the bottom line is, he got his machine from Loop soos stroop and he is seriously full of shit and he loves it.  A must if you want to use rifle and precision in the same sentance.
