Exceeding the speed limit by more than 40km per hour

A friend of mine got caught at 118km in a 60 zone in Ashton and again twenty minutes later doing 112km in a sixty zone in Montague.
Apparently there is no option of a fine and a warrant of arrest is likely to be issued.
Have any of the dogs had a similar experience and what was the outcome ? In both instances he was snapped by hidden cameras .
Should I find myself another best friend?
