I like the concept of being able to remove the chin section of the subject helmet- I tend to overheat when the ambient temperature is in the 30s. There is no Nolan dealer in Port Elizabeth so I'll have to order on-line. The supplier Ace Sports distribution says they do a full refund if not satisfied with the product.
I have no experience with Nolan- only know BMW enduro and old flip-up and Schuberth. I rate the BMW as an excellent helmet from a materials and fit perspective- quite a bit better than the Schuberth (even though Schubert apparently manufactures BMW helmets) YouTube clip also says the chin section is too close to your chin. It is also in the heavy range at 1850g. I am quite finnecky and don't want to waste my time ordering the Nolan.
Anybody got experience with the Nolan N70- 2X?
