My 2005 F650 GS Dakar is pining (or knocking). I do not know how either of these terms sound like exactly, but I hear a sound, similar to that of albasters ratteling in a Console jar! (I've heard on my way to school, in the good old days...)
Anyway, this occasionally happens. Last time this happened under the following conditions, specifically:
1.) LPG 93
2.) Hot weather (32 degC) with the
3.) engine under load, like when riding up a hill in a highish altitude area (such as the Magalies Mountain Range) with
4.) revs between 4000-4500 rpm.
Bike has 48000 km on the ODO and does not have any other issues such as weird starting issues or surging, whatsoever.
How can I fix this before I blow the engine or something :'( ?
