Feel like a d**s....

While disconnecting my GPS mount from the bike last night I managed to break both the power and audio cables.....

I swear I can break off my finger in my own backside if I try hard enough.  :

How hard is it to get new cables, are there second hand ones available and if not where can I buy just the cables new?
