So, I'm checking out some gear yesterday, and come across this little gem: The "Troy Lee Designs" signature Leatt Brace. Essentially, it's the "sport" (or whatever the top of the line Leatt brace is called), but "designed" by TLD. So it's red, with some carbon fiber, grey fabrics, and an embedded TLD logo.
The red, logo and "bling" factor must be worth about R2 400, because, where the usual "sport" model costs R4 500 (last I checked, could be wrong), THIS one costs R6900!!!
Even a gear/bling whore like me has to ask, WTF???
