I also have Mapsource, but have not yet been able to figure out how to post a route - care to share the secret?

1. With the Mapsource Map open
2. Shift + Print Screen (PrtScr)
3. Open Excel
4. On the Excel Sheet - Right Click and Paste
5. Save Excel Sheet as "Web Page" (See bottom of Save pane. "Save as Type" and use drop down menu.)
6. Open saved folder
7. The JPEG will be there
