Fitting bar raisers?

Only saw that I got a pair of rox bar raisers with my bike in one of the bags that came with.One problem though, If you put the raisers on and align them strait then there is no way you can get the allen key into the nut to tighten.there is no space unless you tilt it forwards or backwards and then even still no space.

Please some info on how to fit will be nice.
