My bike is pimped, leave form approved, tents beds bags panniers purchased, and most importantly...two weeks pass approved by the warden!
We leave Durban on the 22nd May, up into Botswana through Livingstone into Zambia, through Churundu into Zimbabwe, through Mucumbura into Mocamique and then all the way down and back to SA via Ponto do ora.
In preperation for this we doing a sand 'training' run from Ponto to Maputo and back with fully loaded bikes plus 20 litres extra fuel to get to grips with deep sand.
