Hi, I've been lurking on here a while, but do not actively post. I'm new to adventure riding and bought a used GS 2 years ago to get my feet wet.
I now want to upgrade and the GS is up for sale.
2005 Model
108k km - Serviced myself every 10k since 70k km (Engine, gearbox and FD - Castrol Actevo & synthetic oil used)
Major safety re-calls were done at BMW Bavarian - Fuel pump and rear hub carrier
Full Akro system - its loud!
ABS and Heated grips, LED spotlights
Home-made panniers and topbox
New rear tyre (Pirelli), front probably due soon
higher ADV screen
Located in Pta East
Faults:
It only has one key - bought it like that. And I'm realllly careful with it!
Crashbars and one pot cover are scratched
Rear drive shaft boot has a small tear
Plastic covers on the front swingarm mounting holes are missing - again, bought it like that.
I commute 110km a day on this bike, all open road riding
