Our family is planning a Dec holiday in Melkbos by car.
I would like some pointers and advice for:
1. Route from FS to Melkbos, we intend to take N1, any better ideas? (remember I'm not on my GS hey!)
2. Places of interest to visit while down there? Things to do? Where to meet some of you Kokers!
3. Scenic routes to ride? (by cage unfortunately . . hey its a family thing, will do the DS thing another time)
4. Planning to come back via: a)Langebaan - Lambertsbaai - Vredendal - Springbok - Upington - Kuruman - Vryburg
or via b)Langebaan - Lambertsbaai - Vredendal - Niewoudtville - Loeriesfontein - Brandvlei - Van Wyksvlei - Prieska - Kimberley - Bloem - Huistoe.
Any other suggestions?
