Replaced the old brakefluid with some nice fresh brakefluid today.
Small job but I have been putting it off for a long time  O0
This is how I do it.
First clean reservoir and smear a bit of grease all round on the reservoir and lid join. Just lightly
so no brakefluid contacts the paint on the edges when you loosen and remove the lid.
Check if the two little screws (lid) are not frozen and just crack them with the reservoir level.
Fit a piece of clear pipe over the brake nipple on the caliper and crack it loose with an 11 spanner.
Loosen 2 screws and remove lid and rubber completely. Put it on a clean surface.
With one hand pull the front brake ,not very hard.
Keep it in and just loosen the bleed nipple enough so you can se the old brake fluid being squeezed into the clear pipe. You will feel the front brake lever collapsing under your hand. Before it reaches the end of it's stroke gently close the bleed nipple again.
Maintaining a positive pressure in your system when you loosen and fasten the bleed nipple.  Release the front brake lever and start the process over and over again.
Be sure to fill up your reservoir everytime it is nearly empty so it does not pump air into the system.
I filled up my reservoir 3 times to be sure the old fluid was flushed out.
Same with rear brake.
Assemble and wipe the reservoirs and nipples.
Just for interest sake  :ricky:
