Front end wobble.

I recently took delivery of a 06 1200 GS, and even though she is in great condition I seem th have a from wheel wobble, I have checked handle bar weights, and the tyre pressure. When I lean over to look at the wheel in motion it almost appears to be running out? Could this be? If so have I got big problems or just spokes to be checked or something? Please help with some advice if you have had similar issues.
