garage floor coating

My garage floor was screeded with a rough cobble stone pattern, its pretty uneven with difference in highs and lows about 3-5mm
I want to do something like a polyurethane or self leveling screed.
Its a 3 garage with one dedicated to restore an old basket case
Any advise appreciated
