Garmin GPS 101 for Dummies...

This sounds silly i know

I bought a Garmin GPS again after many years, to use on the bike/Cars.
It has T4A and the usual street maps loaded.

Is there a Thread somewhere to teach me to basically use the thing to its full potential....I've heard about Basecamp, and GPX files etc, but really have NO idea what's what.
