my single spark F650GS has 100 000km on the clock. The clutch was replaced at 95000km. On a recent trip around SA, the gear lever would refuse to move when I depress it to gear down. When I nudge it upwards (as in to shift up) , it loosens and then gears down normally when I depress the pedal. This happened occasionally but now frequently. I think it is more pronounced after a long drive and then stopping (can't remember exactly). My Yamaha SR250 with 36000km hard-driven kms as an ex-delivery bike sometimes do the same. Any ideas how to solve it? someone suggested gear syncromesh and another the gear change shaft. thanks!
