Getting away from nature

This thread is in direct responce to the "ride report" that EtienneNXR did, the one where he camped under the stars with only a sleeping bag.

I've often looked at some of the stuff some people take camping and thought how strange it is that they will go to all extremes to get out of the city and into nature, but then take everything they can to make sure that nature doesn't come too close.

So come on guys, own up, what is it that you refuse to camp without? I don't mean stuff like the medi - kit, I mean stuff like the soda stream. (  ot:  ).
