I got my Giant loop Big Basin via Dustdevil during August last year. It has done about 10 000 km max.

On my latest trip, I noticed the strap for the one bottom buckle had become undone

I would not have expected this, as this is not really a stress point and the straps are sturdy

It seems the sewing is just crappy and I am a bit disappointed as these bags are really fantastic pieces of equipment

Berm_Rooster had the same happen to his and had it repaired at some tent makers in his area (no charge)

Where in the Cape Northen Suburbs can I take it to be sewn up again?

I am thinking, tent makers, saddle makers, bag maker and the like

Any suggestions?
