girlfriend looking for bike

Hi all , my girlfriend has gotten tired of pillion riding and now wants to ride herself , she has a small budget R14000 and so as her first bike is looking for something in the range of a 250 - 350 . We ride quite a bit on weekends together , she as pillion but we dont go far distance , approx 300km in a day , she is looking for something to ride on dirt and tar that can do at least 110kmph on tar . Any advice or if you have one of the following bikes for sale in her price range let me know  - xt 350 , djebel , pref something with electric start , thanks
