I've been mulling over getting a bike for a while now, and I think I've found one that I like.
I'd like to pick your brains if possible please, regarding whether you guys think this is a good deal:
2008 (Might be 2007) BMW F650GS (Twin Spark), with ABS, Heated Grips, and about 25,000km on the clock.
A co-worker wants to upgrade to and R1200R, and wants R45k for it.
The bike looks in great condition, however I literally have 0 experience on bikes at the moment, so I'm not sure what to look out for.
Couple of tiny scratches on the hand guards. Doesn't look like it's even been offroad in it's life.
Any opinions?
To be honest I feel almost guilty learning on a bike like this, because I'm afraid I might drop it! Maybe that's a good thing?
