Good Riding areas in and around West Coast/Cederberg/Durbanville/Paarl/etc

So I know thats quite a widish area but looking for good DualSport rides. Good for 690's etc. The more technical the better as long as it doesnt need plastics only, but nice scenic rides on dirt or gravel etc is not counted out. Ive done a lot of riding on my 1200gs and 800gs but now looking for even more dirt and "paadjies" to the usual places I guess but looking for exploratory rides close'ish from say Edgemead/ Bloubergstrand areas. Maybe 400km radius max for now. i.e Day rides.

One of the things I want to find out is good roads to and from Paarl and Malmsbury thats dirt or single track where one has to take as little N7 / N1 / N2 roads as possible.
