So the bike went in to have a small oil leak fixed (identified when I bought the bike)
Well my first experience with KTM SA -Proaction was a pleasant one. Arrived at about 08h30 with 2 people to meet me and ask about any other issues, I forgot to mention 2 things (check the torque settings on the front wheek after puncture and check for any TSB's that need to be done). Showed them where I suspected the leak was coming from and left for the day.
At about 13h00, they called to say they had found the problem and also a problem on the push rod that had some marks on and the bike will be ready at 16h30.
I arrive at 17h00 to a beautifully washed bike and also to be told that the torque settings on the front wheel were too tight. (did not asked but appreciated the effort)
They had also done the rear brake TSB without being asked and all other TSB's are up to date.
The main problem it was sent in for was also fixed under warranty without any questions.
Well done pro-action, I will be coming back for more good service.
