Sometimes I screw up and I wish I could take it all back

Sometimes I get on my bike and ride for a while
I return home after giving my slow male mind some room to grow
I may not have traveled back in time but I'm hoping it gave me a second chance to set things right
perhaps this time my apology for being such an ass will sound right
