I am running a 12v external socket from my battery to my socket.. In the wire from the battery to the socket I have a 5V fuse.
If I plug in my compressor it works fine but if I plug in my GPS charger I am blowing the fuse and I have no idea why. I phoned Outdoor Warehouse and they said that the fuse for plugging the charger into a wall 240 or a battery supply 12v is the same fuse.
I am stumped, any ideas.
