I'm fiddling around with a Garmin GPSmap 60CSx, and I've come up with a question on routing.
Even though I created a route in Mapsource, when I load the route onto the GPS and tell the GPS to follow the route, it still asks me whether is should go fastest route or shortest distance. I want it to use the track exactly as I created it.
Would I be correct in thinking that the only way to do this is to create a lot of waypoints that the GPS has to pass on the way to the destination, or is there another method?
