That is a lasercut part and I can have them made for half that amount....here in good old SA :biggrin:
No electro plating though.
R175 each and I can send a batch to JHB and to Cape Town where you guys can distribute them amongst yourselves or I can use SAPO :
Courier will be R200 if you are in a hurry and do not want the hassle of the other options.
Making them out of 304 S/S might make them harder than mild steel and the plating will not be needed. (R235 each)
I have to say though, I will not guarantee a tool like that as both materials might buckle under the strain...but it can be made.
I would suggest a socket and spanner welded together as the tougher option.

I'll suggest to DD to make the tool out of thicker material so chance of it buckling is slimmer.
