Check it out, clipped a stump with my peg and sheered both bolt heads off holding the bracket on. The one on the left was sticking out a bit - I managed to saw a groove into it, loosen it with a screwdriver and vice grip and then use the vice grip to unscrew it all the way (shown in this picture almost all the way out).
The one on the right is flush. More than flush in fact.
Any ideas? O, and before anyone asks, the bolts do not go all the way through (it's closed at the back)
