Heavy duty tubes

I'm trying to find a new HD tube for my 17" rear. Everybody sez they only import 18/19/21 inch. WTF? So where did the one I have in come from? (OK, I bought it at Biking Acc.)

Any ideas on where I can get a 17", moerse dik tube for my KLR?
