Hey help me out guys

The Bike XT660R

The Problem: Washed it about 2 weeks ago and went for a belt round the block to blow dry the bike no hassles. Then it stood about 12 days because I was out of town.
Then off to work, bike started fine, I stopped at 1st robot, pulled away bike missed a bit then died for a second or so then was fine to the next robot.
As the robot changed it died and would not start there was a lot of fuely smoke.
Pushed it home, I figured the plug must have gone.
I bought a new plug on the way home
Today I had time to check things
Changed plug no joy
Diagnostics has 2 errors 30 (which means bike went down) and 46 (????)
I took the new plug out and there is spark.
Put it back in and tried it again it fired and ran very roughly for a few seconds then died and wouldn't take again.
I decided to check for spark again thought the spark might be intermittent or something.
As the motor turned there was a jet of fuel out of the plug hole and then woosh flames everywhere - so i assume there is still spark.
Frantic blowing, fire out in about 2 seconds so don't think anything got damaged.
There is also fuel leaking out of the exhaust where the slipons join the pipe
Seems like there is way too much fuel – like flooded but how does that happen with EFI
If it had a carb I’d be checking float valves and the likes.

What the hell is wrong with this thing  ???
