Help needed - BMW does not want to start in the mornings

[CAR6850]

Bought a new battery about two months ago from BMW (got royally shafted too) , about a week later the bike didn't want to start, they came and fetched it and it ran fine until yesterday, when again it didn't start. Charged the battery yesterday but failed to start again today.

Is it the battery? something else???

It starts when it is warmer
