What GPS models should be considered with the following minimum requirements in mind?

100% readable in direct sunlight
100% dust and water resistent
can be operated with riding gloves on - I assume this is important?
enough memory to load map software and load my own tracks.
tracking my "tracks" and storing for download later to laptop, etc.
option to plug in memory card with tracks, etc. loaded on it
12V and battery driven
larger screen - I believe this is good to have?
quick response and processing time
maybe with option to communicate via blue tooth with a another GPS closeby?? - Not sure if this is even an option!!
What other specs should be considered as important on a bike? - I am not into comms in my helmet, or listening to music while I ride, so no need for this.

also Q to the techno's - -will GPS'e become redundant shortly?
