Help price a 1100GS

Hi there,
Need help to price the following bike
1996 BMW 1100GS
ODO = 70 000km,
full Oxford Soft luggage
FULL Ohlin suspension front and back
without ABS and heated grips.
It is in a good condition but was used for what it was designed for by a "loving" owner
Q. What would be a fair selling price?
