Help with a Karoo bucket list trip

Hi Guys,
I am planning a Karoo bucket list trip for the near future.
I was thinking of covering the area around Sutherland, Tankwa Park, Cederburg,Ceres as it appears that there are interesting mountain passes in that area.
I would prefer as much gravel road riding as possible.
I would appreciate any help from anyone that could recommend a route including basic accommodation ( not a tent)
I would be routing from KZN and would plan to be away for maybe 10 days
