So after getting my garage partially empty of all the ongoing projects there's room for the xr200. First on the list was a good cleaning. High pressure hose and prepsol degeser and a lot of elbo grease. Stil not 100% clean but should do the job for now...
The bike ran oraait but was smoking a shit load...
I had the exhaust off and cleaned with a wire brush on the grinder. Made a moerse fire and burned the pipe cherie red to get all the crap out...
Wil give it a coat of high heat exhaust pant and it should look brand new again...
Prolink is next on the list... Took the swing off a found all the bushes in good condition. I did not expect that! But the one bearing are in sy moer in... Wil look for replacement parts when i am back in town...
