I have just solved the problem on the best way for me to store my kit, and the nice thing is She who must be obeyed loves me again and thinks Im'e a frikken genius ;D
We have a walk in closet at home that is only slightly wider than a door, originally I had hooks on the one wall but jackets and riding kit is so bulky you could never get past, and had to unpack each hook if you wanted an item, then I got this brainwave from watching the half Kaalgat Girls on the fashion channel( comment to Wife I always told you that channel had educational value)
I made a rolling clothes rack with a shelf at the bottom for the boots etc, which can be rolled in and out of the closet with ease and also fitted shelving at the top for the helmets and other goodies.
Now that I think about it I am a frikken genius ;D ;D ;D
