I need some help looking at a TW200

I am looking at baying a TW200 in the Uitenhage area. Is there anyone that lives around there that can go and have a look at the bike for me and give a all round opinion on the bike.

Look at things like the all round condition, the papers, the tires and engine condition and etc.
