Import Data into Mapsource ???

I hope one of you clever okes can help me here........

I have an excel sheet attached to this post. Does anyone know if it is possible to import all these waypoints into Mapsource?

I have the following fields in excel and they need to correspond with the same fields in Mapsourse's waypoint details
* Position
* Name
* Comment

There are 833 waypoints, and I really do not want to copy and paste them one by one...........  :lamer: :lamer:
